Maian Meadows Dog Camp

 Camp Colman, near Gig Harbor, WA

The camp is located on the southern Puget Sound's Key Peninsula, about 90 minutes from Seattle, 45 minutes from Tacoma. It is the perfect choice for anyone looking to experience a unique, beautiful environment for a special getaway.

Camp facilities offer a rustic camping experience. All twelve cabins are tree-house style, have built-in bunks (sleep 14), a private bathroom, wood burning stove for heat, electricity, and private sun deck with views overlooking the Sound. There is an octagonal shelter for damp days. Anderson Lodge is a beautiful eight-sided dining hall and multi-use facility with floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view of the saltwater lagoon and Puget Sound. Other facilities include dock, swimming area, campfire circle, sports courts, play field, crafts center, climbing wall and challenge course.

There is plenty to do at the camp. In addition to watching your dog have the time of his life, and the activities mentioned above, there are row boats, mini kayaks, canoes, and hiking trails.
